Shipping and delivery

Products from web shop can be delivered worldwide. Delivery costs can be calculated at checkout.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Returns are accepted in 30 days after receiving. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are substracted from purchase also in case of free shipping promotion, Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Refunds can be processed only after return is received. Customer should contact support for return instructions to get RMA number. Returns without RMA number will not be proceeded.
